1. The marketplace

ydomain.com connects owners of domain names with buyers. We are not a party to the sale itself; we provide the listing and the messaging around it.

2. Seller obligations

• You may only list domains you control and are allowed to sell.
• Listing information, including price and metrics, must be accurate.
• Once a sale is agreed you cooperate with the transfer without delay.

3. Buyer obligations

• Offers are made in good faith and are binding once both sides accept them.
• Enquiries may not be used for unsolicited marketing.

4. Fees

A commission of 10% applies to a completed sale.

5. Suspension

Accounts that abuse the marketplace, send spam or misrepresent listings can be suspended without notice.

6. Liability

The marketplace is provided as is. We are not liable for the outcome of a transaction between a buyer and a seller.
